Training philosophy

We are human animals and need to move to feel good. But there is no reason it should be boring or take hours of sweaty gym sessions. With our smart plans you can train effectively in a short time and our programs are based on functional training that can be done just as well at home as in nature, at the gym or in a hotel room.

Views on vegan diet

We understand if you choose to eat a vegan diet for personal reasons. However, because we work from an evolutionary health perspective, we do not recommend a completely vegan diet in the long term. Humans are omnivores and find it easiest to assimilate protein from the animal kingdom. Therefore, we do not offer vegan diets.


Since a vegetarian diet requires extra careful composition of the content to both get everything you need and promote health, we recommend our individual coaching for those who eat vegetarian food.

The Team

Our team consists of dedicated and competent people with different areas of expertise in health and well-being. You are the expert on yourself, but we are here to help you on your health journey.

Johannes is a trained personal trainer and certified nutrition and health coach. He has worked with health for over 20 years and wants to help as many people as possible take control of their own health. He has recently debuted as an author and also educates via social media and podcasts.

Anna is a trained stress educator, nutritionist and yoga teacher. She has worked in business and operations development for over 15 years. Anna is committed to stress prevention and health promotion methods, and trains both leaders and employees in personal sustainability.

Sofia is a trained nutritionist and health scientist and has coached clients on both an individual and group level for many years. She is also one of our recipe creators, has lectured on health for both youth and adults, runs the podcast Health Hormones and is trained in yin yoga.

Frida is a certified PT, nutritionist and stress coach and is passionate about long-term, sustainable health and helping people feel as good as possible!

Amanda is our Marketing Manager. She is educated in marketing and graphic design. She inspires movement as a gym trainer and prefers to lift very heavy weights at the gym.

Isak is our training expert who teaches you the training that works and makes you strong. He is also a mental coach who inspires thousands of people to better health every day.
